Simon Reedy
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Simon leads the growth and performance of Whanau Tahi to recognise their aspirations of enabling real impact in the well-being of our whānau.
With more than 25 years’ experience in leading technology teams across a diverse range of sectors, Simon is passionate about applying his skills in blending product practices with modern ways of working and commercial acumen to take Whānau Tahi into the next phase of their journey.

Lewis Holden
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Lewis leads the operational, finance and HR performance of Whānau Tahi.
Lewis has 19 years’ experience in the ICT industry, working in multinationals, locally-owned IT firms and the communications sector.
Lewis has a BCA from Victoria University of Wellington, majoring in International Business and Commercial Law.

Daymon Nin
HEAD OF STRATEGY
Daymon has decades of experience in applying technologies to a wide rage of problems in business and other organisations. He has been part of the Whānau Tahi vision from it’s earliest beginnings and has helped grow its vision of whānau driven well-being. He has a BCom and Postgraduate Diploma from the University of Auckland and is a recipient of the Dame Mira Szaszy Alumni Award.
Daymon is of Ngāti Raukawa and Ngāti Toa descent.

Ryan Sione
HEAD OF SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Ryan Sione is a seasoned leader with over 2 decades of experience in business operations, leadership, and strategy, with a strong focus on Māori health, government, and the tech sector. He has led large teams, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, and built strategic relationships across health and social sectors.
In his prior role, he served as Principal Advisor – Operations & Acting GM Tiwai Hauora at Raukawa Charitable Trust, overseeing a 60-person team. Previously, he was Māori Health Lead at Spark Health Business Group, contributing to YOY revenue increases and co-designing digital health solutions for Iwi and DHBs. His past roles in IT, telecom, and business development highlight his expertise in stakeholder engagement, operations, and growth strategies.
He holds a Diploma in Shipping with Distinction and has completed various Māori language and industry courses. A proud Māori and Cook Islands descendant, he is committed to improving outcomes for his communities.
Outside of mahi, Ryan spends time with his wife Jess and two tamariki and enjoys motorcycling, driving V8’s or very near his off-set smoker.

Allan Blackwell
HEAD OF ENGINEERING - DATA & INTEGRATION
With a degree in BEng (Computer Systems), Allan leads product strategy and roadmap for Whānau Tahi’s data and integration platforms and is responsible for the architecture of Whānau Tahi’s integration with core partners.
Building on the foundation of his software architecture and development background, he has experience in the health, financial and local government sectors.

Isaac Missingham
HEAD OF ENGINEERING - DIGITAL
At the helm of Digital Engineering at Whānau Tahi, Isaac has a passion for technology and modern software with a commitment to delivering technology solutions to communities. Living and breathing agility and the DevOps principles as a way of life, Isaac pushes what's possible beyond the conventional understanding and expectations of the engineering domain.
As a young leader, he persistently challenges the status quo and brings fresh thinking to old problems. Isaac believes that every team can achieve greatness when given the opportunity to continuously learn, innovate, experiment, have a laugh and some fun, and be part of a community built on the foundations of autonomy, trust, and mutual respect.
Isaac is of Ngāti Porou and Ngāti Kahungunu descent. -
Leti Leilua
HEAD OF MARKETING, DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DELIVERY
Leti has decades of experience working across social and financial services on the frontline.
Leti has supported the lead of the Digital Transformation through Agile ways of working as a Product Owner, Service Design and Agile Coach best practices working alongside the orgainsations to shape their practices and working alongside the technology delivery teams. -
Ace Kipa
AGILE DELIVERY LEAD
An accomplished Project Management and Agile Delivery Lead with a track record of driving successful outcomes in complex, dynamic environments.
With more than 12 years’ experience in ICT and background in both Organisational Change and Learning and Development from across Health, Social Services, Consumer Finance and Telecommunications sectors he a brings unique blend of leadership and technical acumen coupled with a keen delivery and customer focus.
Ace hails from Ngāti Haua, Tainui.
