Our support over the holidays

Over the Christmas and New Years break, Whānau Tahi’s service desk support team is in place as usual for Level 1 and Level 2 support.

Most of our team are on leave from 5pm Thursday, 21st December 2023 to 8am Monday 15th January 2024. During this time we will have product specialists available for Level 2 support. In preparation Whānau Tahi will not be making any changes and/or upgrades to customer production environments from the 15th December 2023 to 19th January 2024.

As we bid farewell to this remarkable year, we want to express our deepest gratitude for your continued support. The past year has been filled with collaboration, growth, and shared success.

As we eagerly step into the new year, we look forward to another year of working hand in hand with you. Your trust and partnership have been instrumental in our journey, and we are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead.
