Welcome 2024 at Hoani Waititi Marae

Our first day back for 2024, the spirit of whakawhanaungatanga infused the air at Hoani Waititi Marae. As new kaimahi were warmly welcomed into the fold of Te Whānau o Waipareira, connections were formed and strengthened through the power of relationships.

Our time together was more than just a history lesson; it was an opportunity to weave the threads of connection that bind us as a community. Whakawhanaungatanga, the essence of building meaningful relationships, became the heartbeat of our day, fostering a sense of belonging and unity and a moment to reground ourselves as we gear up for another big year of mahi.
