Our support over the Christmas & New Years Break

Tēnā koutou,

Over the Christmas and New Years break, Whānau Tahi’s service desk support team is in place as usual for Level 1 and Level 2 support.

Most of our team are on leave from 5pm Friday, 20th December 2024 to 8am Monday 13th January 2025. During this time we will have product specialists available for Level 2 support. In preparation Whānau Tahi will not be making any changes and/or upgrades to customer production environments from Friday 13th December 2024 to 13th January 2025.

As we bid farewell to this remarkable year, we want to express our deepest gratitude for your continued support. The past year has been filled with collaboration, growth, and shared success.

As we eagerly step into the new year, we look forward to another year of working hand in hand with you. Your trust and partnership have been instrumental in our journey, and we are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead.
